Application

LW28 series universal transfer switch is mainly used in electrical lines with AC 50Hz, rated voltage 380V and below, DC voltage 220V and rated current up to 160A, for manual infrequent switching or disconnecting circuit for control and conversion, and also for direct control of three-phase asynchronous motors and for main command control and circuit measurement.

Products are widely used, instead of various national transfer switches, can be used as circuit control switches, test equipment switches, motor control switches and master control switches, and welding machine with the transfer switch.

Meet the standard: the main circuit conversion and direct control conversion switch meet GB14048.3-2001. 

The transfer switch for master control conforms to GB14048.5-2001.

 

Normal working condition

1.The ambient air temperature does not exceed +40 ° C, and the average temperature within 24 hours does not exceed +35 ° C;

2.The lower limit of the ambient air temperature shall not exceed -5℃;

3.The elevation of the installation site shall not exceed 2000m;

4.When the maximum temperature is +40 ° C, the relative humidity of the air does not exceed 50%, and a higher relative humidity can be allowed at lower temperatures, such as 90% at 20 ° C.Special measures should be taken for occasional condensation due to temperature changes.

 

 

1.According to the purpose, there are switch switches for main circuit conversion, switch switches for direct control motor and switch switches for master control and measurement.

2.According to the operation mode, it can be divided into positioning type, self-restoring type and positioning self-restoring type.

3.According to the contact system, the positioning type transfer switch has 1-12 sections (of which 63A has only 8 sections), the self-restoring type transfer switch has 1-3 sections, and the direct control motor transfer switch mainly has 1-6 sections.

4.According to the type of knob, there are R, I, F, B, S, L, P and K, a total of eight kinds.

5.According to the conversion Angle, there are 30°, 45°, 60°, 90° and so on.

6.According to the panel shape, there are square panels, rectangular panels and circular panels (only 20A).
