         ZGS-Z.F series combined transformer for wind power generation (hereinafter referred to as wind transformer). Suitable for 35KV terminal power supply system, as a power transformation, distribution, metering, control and protection device, in addition to the transformer in the wind transformer, the high-voltage side is also equipped with four-position load switch or two-station load switch, backup protection fuse and plug-in fuse: the low-voltage side can be equipped with control appliances, distribution appliances, lighting maintenance transformers according to user requirements. Transformer oil is used as insulation and arc extinguishing medium. This product is to meet the growing demand for power supply of wind power generation, in the company's conventional combination transformer on the basis of digestion and absorption of foreign and domestic technology collection of domestic needs to develop a series of products, the product has small size, light weight, easy installation, low noise, low loss, anti-theft, overload capacity, full range of fuse protection, simple maintenance and other characteristics. Characteristics of American-type box substation

1.The internal configuration has high reliability and economic applica-bility. There are load switch and fuse at the high voltage side to reliably protect the transformer, and there are the imported socoMEC isolated switch and the fuse with high breaking capacity at the low voltage side, at the same time a transformer used for 2KVA station can be installed;The scheme of main circuit is simple and economic;

2.The high voltage loads switch and high voltage fuse are immersed in the sealed transformer oil,and the transformer oil is used as the insulating medium, at the same time the high voltage outgoing end will adopt the full insulation silicone cable joint, so that all condition, all insulation,full seal and free of maintenance can be achieved really, and it will guarantee the service life can reach 20 years in the hostile environment.

3.Adopt the imported high flash point oil as the insulating medium and cooling medium; no need to filter or change the oil during the life time; The seal elememt adopts the high performance imported bead having the same life time as the equipment.

4.The outside door of box adopts the unique labyrinth seal and equips the high elastic and long life sealing rubber strip; There are the dustproof facilities a the places of air vent to prevent the erosion of sandstorm and blizzard effectively, and the degree of protection is IP44.
