DDSY1877 is a single-phase prepaid IoT electricity meter, equipped with China Mobile's 4G communication module and SIM card. It can connect to the network anytime and anywhere once powered on. The built-in magnetic latching relay enables features such as pay-before-use, remote meter reading, remote top-up, remote balance/total energy clearing, over-power trip, and automatic trip when the balance is depleted.

1 Overload process
   When the load exceeds the set power threshold for more than 30 seconds, the relay is disconnected and automatically closed after 60 seconds.
   If five continuous overload events lasting 30 seconds occur within 30 minutes, the meter will wait for 30 minutes after the fifth relay is disconnected, and then repeat the overload process after 30 minutes.
   The overload threshold can be set by the system.

2 Balance alarm
   This meter has a level 1 balance alarm. When the balance is less than 10kWh, the yellow LED will flash (0.5 seconds on and 0.5 seconds off).
3 Emergency power function
   If the meter is exhausted, the relay will be disconnected. The landlord can send a closing command through the system to temporarily overdraw 20kWh of electricity, which will be automatically deducted when recharging next time. If this amount is exhausted again, the relay will not be able to close, and can only continue to use it through recharging.
