  RSP-1000 is a 1KW single output enclosed type AC/DC power supply with 1U low profile. This series operates for 90-264VAC input voltage and offers the models with the DC output mostly demanded from the industry. Each model is cooled by the built-in fan with fan speed control, working for the temperature up to 60C. Moreover, RSP-1000 provides vast design flexibility by equipping various built-in functions such as the output programming, active current sharing, remote ON-OFF control, auxiliary power, etc.

Fan shutdown protection

Either of the two cooling fans is not rotating or the fan is not detected. The power supply has no output voltage and the machine does not start.

Output overload protection

The overload protection mode is a constant current limiting mode. The output current value is locked and does not increase.

Overheat protection

When the internal temperature of the power supply is too high, the overheating protection is activated, the output voltage is shut off, and the temperature drops.

Output short-circuit protection

Short-term instantaneous short circuit: Power off, and it will automatically recover after 3 seconds.

 

Long-term continuous short circuit: Power off. Every 3 seconds, it will automatically restart once (burp mode)

Output overvoltage protection

The overvoltage point is 130% of the nominal voltage. After overvoltage, the protection lock is activated and will not
automatically recover. It needs to be powered off and then powered on again to restore.

Input under-voltage protection

If the AC input voltage is lower than 96V, the power supply cannot be used.

Heat dissipation method

Temperature-controlled automatic speed-regulating fan (blows inward, with 2 fans)
